Hey guys, I am new to this forum. I am planning to get a swimming pool installed. While checking online, I found that swimming does seem to have a lot of benefits. I just figured it, so that I could list them out here.
1) Swimming is a good workout that burns fat and boosts metabolism.
2) Helps builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness.
3) Maintains a healthy weight, heart and lungs with strength.
4) Provides an overall body workout as nearly all the muscles are used during swimming.
5) It is a relaxing form of exercise in alleviating stress.
6) Improves coordination, balance, flexibility and posture.
7) Helps provide low impact therapy for some injuries.
As always swimming provides a pleasant way to cool yourself on a hot day.
