Hey! For the past few months, I have been suffering from insomnia. Along with that, I have busy schedules in office and lack of sleep makes me inactive. I feel tired and I can’t focus on my work. My wife is also worried about my situation and she is asking me to find a solution for it. I am planning to schedule an appointment with a psychologist in Toronto( http://www.drmtherapy.com ). Anyone of you had a similar situation? Any insight on this would be great. Thanks in advance.
